Since the past 30 years of reforming and opening, the experience of the Chinese law system can come down to the limitations toward public rights and the protections of personal rights which are just two core values of the modern constitutionalism. Only the Chinese lawyer gain the respect can he express his roles and values, the society can be progress firmly and steadily, the public rights can be sure and to prevent the public rights from abusing.
According to the statistics, the total nowadays lawyers in China are about 200,000 and have at least 18,000 law firms, they have played great roles in the progress and development of the social democratic constructions. It is a positive fact that during recent 30 years, among so many important and great legal events, there are the Chinese lawyers existing, no matter the what and where the political reform heads and does, justice and fair are always the pursuing of the public, legislation is always the foundation of the steady society, and the China law firm system will develop better and better during the later political reform.
Some experts has summarized four experiences of the progress of hundreds lawyers, which are the fade of lawyers determines the fade of the country; the lawyer system and lawyer management should be coordinated to the modern time; the business scope of China law firm should be innovated and enlarged according to the social progress; the level of lawyer should develop all the time. While improving the service level of the modern lawyers, we should focus on the development of the ability in dealing with the international cases and businesses.
